The Musharakah Mutanaqisah (Diminishing Partnership) Concept**
Maybank Islamic ("the bank") and applicant enter into a joint ‘partnership’ with bank to raise capital for acquiring a property.
Both parties become joint property owners with shares allotment based on amount of capital contributed.
Maybank Islamic releases its shares to applicant who gradually acquires bank’s ownership of the property with monthly payments made over an agreed time period thereby diminishing the bank’s share till property is fully owned by applicant.

Charges
For Non-ZEC, the customer pays the legal fees, valuation fees and stamp duties.

Required Documents
For application, please visit any of the Maybank Islamic or Maybank branches with the following:
- Photocopy of NRIC
- Photocopy of title deed, S&P Agreement
- Copy of valuation report (where required)
For Salary Earners
- 3 months salary slip
- Latest EPF statement
- Bank statement to crediting fo salary
- 2 years BE From with tax receipt duly acknowledged by LHDN or e-BE Form acknowledged by LHDN
For Self Employed
- 2 year Form B wth tax receipt acknowledged by LHDN
- Latest 6 months bank statement for personal & company accounts
- Business registration
- Borang D / Form 24 & 49
- Audited financial statement of business
